A long way down

Well, I tried. I was doing really good, in joint 3rd and hoping I was going to get the ratings to give me that little boost I required to hit first place. But alas, I opened my computer this morning for some good news and realised I hadn’t done so well. I am now in 20th place and I am not happy. Where did I go wrong. There are other who have been at the top since it started and they are still there amassing points like magnets to metal.

I can still hope for the best eh!

Writing contest

I’ve just completed writing in a ‘Writing  Contest’ all about photography.

Helium

Writing for www.helium.com is really enjoyable, and agreat way to spend a miserable day. It’s like a library full of articles filled with personal experiences and opinions and very enlightening information. You can not only access and read, but also add to with your own muses.

What other library allows you to store your articles in full view of the general public?  It’s like instant literary fame without the hassle of publishers and their charges. It doesn’t end there because the better you get the more you’re rewarded, and even though it’s all in dollars, I’m not going to be fussy.
I’ve written a few articles now and finally found my way onto here. An integral part of the site is its Rating of articles and as a matter of interest I figured it would be great to see what others think of the site.
